Thank you Murray - great perspective. Thank you also for the reminder on false breakouts. However, one question; why would the Nikkei be sold off ? Does this make sense ? Would not repatriated Yen go into stocks ? Or maybe it is carry traders (not Japanese) scrambling for cash and selling everything ? I mean maybe it is wrong to assume the 'carry traders' are Japanese only. Global hedge funds and banks could be on to this 'easy money' gravy train, that we cannot. Would be great to have your views ....... thank you.

A frank transparent review of Trading View would be appreciated if possible, given a recent 2.9 star rating (too low to ignore), together with a large number of mostly negative comments. That begs the question as to why you have appeared to have settled on it as an analysis platform. TIA David

Hi Murray - thank you. One thing to revisit is maybe the Japanese Yen / Bonds, and your thoughts on what may happen if there is a global rate cut cycle starting. Is IJP worth a look at ? Also more generally, you do not mention trading volume at all in your analysis. Do you take this into account in any way to support or not a trend, or do you rely only on price action ? If volume is considered which time frame should one look at, monthly, weekly, daily .....
